From Hollywood Cowgirls to your doorstep, every order is carefully packed and prepared with the same attention we give to choosing the pieces in our collection. We know you’re excited for your newest find to arrive, so below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing, shipping, and delivery.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and packaged before shipment.

As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Hollywood Cowgirls treasures all the way home.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates for U.S. orders are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Hollywood Cowgirls ships orders via USPS or UPS. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location, package size, and shipping needs.

DELIVERY TIME

Once your order has shipped, most packages arrive within approximately 5–7 business days.

Please keep in mind that carrier delays, weather, holidays, and deliveries to remote locations may occasionally result in longer transit times. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are ultimately determined by the carrier.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We want your Hollywood Cowgirls finds to arrive just as beautifully as they left us. Packages are shipped with carrier insurance to provide added protection while they're making their way to you.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at shophollywoodcowgirls@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll review the situation and, when applicable, work with the shipping carrier to begin a claim on your behalf.

For damaged packages, please keep all original packaging and the damaged item and include clear photos when contacting us, as these may be needed to process a carrier claim.

Before completing your order, please take a moment to make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Hollywood Cowgirls is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.
